Level 3 Wines

Level 3 is the latest wine endeavor for Norm & Susan Benson. Twenty years ago the husband and wife team created Dark Star Cellars on the Westside of Paso Robles. The nexus for Level 3 is to produce very limited amounts of Ultra-Premium handcrafted red wines. To that end they have created three blends, “Driven” a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, “Choice & Chance” a Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah blend, and “Milestone” a Rhone blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre. Only one hundred cases of each wine are produced. The wines are only available through this site, the L3 Wine Club, and select restaurants.
